Very, VERY horrible packaging. The company was fair and gave me a partial refund which in my opinion is about it was worth.
Although there were far too many issues to mention, the lampshade is beautiful but buyer beware and measure SUPER CAREFULLY! Those few centimeters make a HUGE difference if you have a lampshade that fits or a lampshade that is useless.
Also note that the shade isn’t as transparent as you might think so the details of the lampshade don’t really show through as much as you might expect.
Like I said, do your research but to be fair, the company DID give me a partial refund so realistically that shows that they are putting their customers first where they should be.
