Each custom-made products require additional production time. Production time varies depending on the quantity ordered. The final shipping schedule will be confirmed with our customer service team.
Generally, production takes approximately 72 hours longer than ready-to-ship items.
If you place an order without prior consultation, the dispatch time will be based on actual production and readiness.
🚫 No Returns on Custom Orders
All custom bamboo lampshades are made to order based on your design files and preferences. As these personalized lamp shades cannot be resold, returns are not accepted.
However, if your item arrives with a quality issue or shipping damage, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
📁 What Do You Need to Provide?
To create your print-on-demand lamp shade, please upload a high-resolution image that meets these guidelines (the better the image quality, the better the final print):
Color Mode: CMYK or RGB
File Format: JPG / PNG / PSD / TIF / PDF
Recommended Resolution: At least 1500 × 2000 px

- We'll create a layout preview for your confirmation
- Once approved, we begin production
